Advertising and CV Sifting Service

If you prefer to conduct all the interviews yourself but want to improve your chances of having a good shortlist of candidates to see, this may be the service for you. For a flat fee of £1,000, payable in advance, Truth Recruitment will advertise your vacancy on at least 2 websites which we know generate good candidates, as well as on our own website. We will then sift the CV’s and send you a shortlist of candidates who fit your needs most closely, having checked them carefully against your criteria.

Full Agency Recruitment Service

Advertising your vacancy on at least two website, plus our own
Reviewing all applications and CV’s in line with your criteria
Conducting our own initial 20 minute telephone interview with each candidate (including out of hours service)
Providing you with a shortlist of good quality candidates
Arranging for candidates to attend face-to-face interviews with you
Support in contract negotiations

Additional Services

We offer bespoke support services to assist your recruitment process. All of our recruitment specialists are experienced Senior Business Analysts who are able to identify and ensure you get the right Business Analyst for the job. We can conduct assessment centres where candidates Business Analysis skills and aptitude in group and individual exercises can be tested and assessed. These can be contucted on-site at your offices of off-site if preferred.
